2022: Consensus Decision Making Workshop

In 2022, we facilitated an in-person workshop with the Future Economist Collective, the leaders of Southpaw Cafe, to discuss unconventional & non-hierarchy decision-making strategies, and recommend changes to the organization’s communications and structural policies.
